Building Fun for Our Youth

The district's existing playground equipment at the Primary School is outdated and needs to be replaced to maintain quality recreational and outdoor play spaces for students. This ensures an inclusive and adaptable environment that supports the development and nurturing of all CPU students.

The PTO is asking for community support to help us provide a safe and accessible place for our children to play to build their confidence, self-esteem, happiness, and social interactions.

A Collaborative Effort

Through donations from individuals, families, and businesses, we are working to make the playground improvements we need to support a safe and high-quality outdoor experience for students.

Our PTO and district staff are collaborating on this effort, reflecting strong community commitment to education and inclusivity. Your support will help complete this important project for the future of CPU students!

Replacing the playground equipment aligns with our community’s values and investment in our children's future.

Playgrounds play a vital role in enhancing children's self-confidence, self-esteem, happiness, focus, and social interaction.

The more funds we can raise before we get started, the better prepared we will be to build a truly special playground for our kids.

Many Ways to Give!

Donate

Our PTO has already raised about $100,000 (through grants, sponsorships, and the PTO contribution) toward a new ADA-compliant playground structure. This will be the first of its kind in the community, ensuring all children, including those with disabilities, have equal access to play and physical activity.

Our goal for the rest of 2024 is to raise an additional $50,000!

All donation amounts are accepted and appreciated. No matter your donation amount, you’ll be making a real impact on our students, families, and community.  Also, don't forget to check with your employer about corporate gift matching!
